As directed provide necessary notifications: Gopher State One Call & <br /> Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. <br /> 2. Pull permits as necessary from The City of Orono and Minnehaha Creek <br /> Watershed District. <br /> 3. Install up to 400 lf of silt fencing as necessary. <br /> 4. Obtain Hazmat/ACM testing and report. <br /> 5. Take down trees or shrubs as necessary for us to safely perform <br /> demolition work. <br /> 6. Pull permit from Minnesota Department of Health and seal 1 well onsite. <br /> 7. Dewater basement. <br /> 8. Haul away personal contents and dispose of at licensed facility. <br /> 9. Demolish one house and haul away to licensed facility. <br /> lO.Demolish 1 house foundation and haul away. <br /> 11.Demolish 1 garage and haul away to licensed facility. <br /> 12.Demolish garage foundation and haul away. <br /> 13. Demolish old pump house, shed, dog kennels and haul away to licensed <br /> facility. Remove foundations and haul away as well. <br /> 14. Clean up entire existing site and haul away existing debris from site as of <br /> day of bid. <br /> 15. All salvage rights as of day of work belong to Burns Excavating. <br /> 16. Remove and dispose of all abandoned cars, motorcycles, trailers, boats, <br /> implements, steel and tires etc. to licensed facilities. <br />
