Stat. § 463.19. The City was represented by Soren M. Mattick. John M. <br /> Hollander(deceased), Deutsche Ba.nk Trust Company Americas, c/o The Corporation Trust <br /> Company, and Roger Hollander, c/o Sidney Kaplan, the property owners, did not appear. <br /> Based upon the file, records, and proceedings herein, <br /> IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: <br /> 1. That the City of Orono's motion for summary enforcement of its Demolition <br /> Order for Removal of Hazardous Building and Abatement of Hazardous Property is hereby <br /> GRANTED. <br /> 2. That the City of Orono shall enter the property to raze the house,detached garage, <br /> and sheds, fill the foundation hole,abandon and properly fill the well and septic system, and remove <br /> all personal property and fixtures. <br /> 134028 <br />
