You have been asked for numerous extensions to take care of the problem. As <br /> of this date the cars are still in violation. The City will allow you until 10-11-99 to show that the <br /> vehicles are in compliance. If that deadline is not met the City will tow the vehicles from the <br /> property and dispose of them. <br /> The signs you have in the front yard are also in violation of City Ordinances. The property for sale <br /> sign is allowed and the yazd sale sign is allowed during a sale. All other signage must be removed <br /> no later than 10-04-99. If this deadline is not met the City will remove of the signs and dispose of <br /> them. <br /> All junk and debris shall be removed from your yard before 10-11-99. The dumpster has been full <br /> for some time and should also be removed as soon as possible. <br /> I have been hying to work with you all summer but these issues are not resolved. I will be forced <br /> to use whatever legal action is available to require you to bring your property into compliance.
