i <br /> � <br /> " , . , <br /> § 8.24 <br /> SEC. 8.24. PARRING RIILES IN CITY PARRING LOTS AND RAMPS. In <br /> City-owned parking lots and ramps, the Council may limit the sizes <br /> and types of motor vehicles to be parked thereon, hours of parking, <br /> and prescribed method of parking, provided that such limitations <br /> and restrictions are marked or sign-posted thereon. It is unlawful <br /> to drive in a direction opposite the flow of traffic marked by <br /> "one-way" signs or arrows, or to park or leave standing any vehicle <br /> in any City-owned parking lot or ramp contrary to the restrictions <br /> or limitations marked or sign-posted therein. <br /> SEC. 8.25. PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED PARRING. <br /> Subd. 1. Statutory parking privileges for physically <br /> handicapped shall be strictly observed and enforced. Police <br /> officers are authorized to tag vehicles on either private or public <br /> property in violation of such statutory privileges. <br /> Subd. 2. It is unlawful for any person, whether or not <br /> physically handicapped, to stop, park or leave standing, a motor <br /> vehicle (1) in a sign-posted fire lane at any time, or (2) in lanes <br /> where, and during such hours as, parking is prohibited to <br /> accommodate heavy traffic during morning and, afternoon rush hours. <br /> �-.3� SSC. 8.26. VBHICLS REPAIR ON STRE$T. It is unlawful for any <br /> person to service, repair, assemble or dismantle any vehicle parked <br /> upon a street, or attempt to do so, except to service such vehicle <br /> with gasoline or oil or to provide emergency repairs thereon, but <br /> in no event for more than eight (8) hours. <br /> SEC. 8.27. PARRING FOR T� PORPOSE OF ADVERTISING OR SBLLING <br /> MERCHANDISB.
