I also <br /> need to warn you about the fence material stored on your property. I know you intended to use it <br /> to erect a fence, however now it is an eyesore. This material has been on the property for <br /> approximately 2 months with no progress. <br /> The City must require you to maintain the lawn and either erect the fence or remove the materials <br /> from your property.
