A <br /> site inspection today found no progress in the clean up of the property. This letter is to require <br /> your client to remove all refuse from the property. This includes but is not limited to a trailer full <br /> garbage bags,pet food cans on the ground,pet food on the ground and other debris. A deadline <br /> of February 18, 2002 has been established for clean up. If this deadline is not met or if any <br /> violations are found subsequent to that date the city will issue a formal complaint which will <br /> require a court appearance. The City will consider any food left outside as refuse and a health <br /> hazard.
