Holiander. <br /> This report contains the resutts of my final site observation of your house that occurred on October 6, 2007 at <br /> approximately 10:30 a.m. This site observation and report were pertormed at your reque�t and the request of your <br /> attorney, as per our consulting agreement dated October 6,2007, in order to determine if fhe repairs to your house meet <br /> the intent of the November 13,2�02 report items that were identified by Lyie Ohman requiring review by a struc#urat <br /> engineer as a condition of the building permit, {based upon the report with the City of Orono Building Permit Plan Review <br /> stamp on it datecf 5-5-03,signed by Lyle Ohman anct checked as approved with corrections noted). <br /> I have discussed the current situation and our intended approach with Mr. Lyle Ohman from the City of Orono prior to <br /> making this last site visit and he was ln agreement that this approach woaid be acceptable. <br /> Review of these ifems was pertormed after the work had been done. <br /> I have copied the iterr�s from the November 13,2002 repo�t{with the 5-5-03 City stamp on it)that were identified as <br /> requiring the structura!engineer's review and have commented d'rrectly beneath those items as to my observations of <br /> that area on Oc#ober 6,2007, The ifems from fhe initial report are show in different foni style, In bold, between the solid <br /> red horizontal lines above and below the original report ma�erial artd sn the color red. <br /> Eoundation i�ork: <br /> I. Remove a3.1 loos� sanci, dirt and mortar from the in.sid�e £ac� of the fo.ur�dation w.a�ly, <br /> This shotild be perfornzed by hand �ethods with sti£f wire b=ushes, braoms, etc. Ta3ce <br /> care not to dislodge existing boulders fram the founda�ion syst�a. <br /> 2.
