After visiting the site to review the as-built survey Struve observed stairs on the lakeside of the <br /> home. The stairs were shown on the proposed survey, but not on the as-built. <br /> The proposed survey also noted gravel was to be removed on the street side of the property near the wooden gate, <br /> presumably to meet hardcover requirements. The gravel remains, but with the newly adopted hardcover ordinance the <br /> hardcover calculations show the property is in compliance,therefore, no action is required. <br /> Please have the survey updated to reflect the stairs.
