MINUTES OF THE
ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Monday, April 23, 2007
7:00 o’clock p.m.
___________________________________________________________________________________

(#06-3245 Michael and Karen Maney, Continued)
classifies this as a rebuild and does not approve it, they would be happy to leave the foundation as is,
leave the existing first floor walls as is, and leave the floor as is.
Rahn inquired whether a second story could be added on top of that.
Sharratt stated a second story could be added on top of it.
Rahn stated he would like to get past having people attempt to save their existing foundation and that
the Council should look at these type of applications as a rebuild.
