The Owners have proposed vegetative screening over graded areas which will <br /> result in screening of the disturbed area from the lake in a natural manner. <br /> The installation of the sub-grade retaining walls and landscape plan will help <br /> to support the slope should help to improve water quality and prevent further <br /> erosion from the Property. <br /> I. The proposed grading for erosion repair and installation of the subgrade <br /> retaining walls will not change the intended residential use of the Property so <br /> there should be no change in the use and enjoyment of adjacent properties. <br /> m. This project is anticipated to result in no additional non-residential lighting or <br /> glare. <br /> n. The project is not anticipated to not be a detriment to the public health, public <br /> safety, or general welfare. <br /> o. The variance is in harmony with the general intent and purpose of the <br /> Ordinance. The repair and stabilization of the lake slope by mechanical means <br /> has no impact on the residential character of the Property. <br /> p. The variance to permit installation of subgrade retaining wails for repair of an <br /> eroded lake slope is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan. The <br /> improvement will not be visible once c�mpleted. <br /> q. The Owner has established that there are practical difficulties. <br /> r. The Owner proposes to use the Property in a reasonable manner not permitted <br /> by the official controls. <br /> s. The erosion damage on the slope was not caused by the Owners <br /> t. The variance will not alter the essential character of the locality. The repair <br /> and stabilization of the lake slope with the installation of subgrade walls has no <br /> impact on the residential character of the property and will not be visible above <br /> ground or from the lake. <br /> u.
