MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />Monday, March 12, 2007 <br />7:00 o’clock p.m. <br />_____________________________________________________________________________________ <br /> <br /> <br />PAGE 19 <br />MAYOR/COUNCIL REPORT, CONTINUED <br />Murphy inquired what the City’s next step is with regard to the Stonebay development. <br />Moorse stated Staff did view the site and that they have requested the developer provide some as-built <br />information so the City can ascertain how the drainage would work. Moorse stated Staff is currently <br />looking into that issue. <br />Murphy stated it is the City’s responsibility to ensure the project is built the way it was approved, <br />especially given the water table in this area. <br />Kellogg stated as-built grading plans for the complex and all associated sewer plans for that complex have <br />not been provided. Kellogg indicated Bonestroo’s water resource group is currently reviewing the <br />information they received last week. Kellogg stated if additional information is required, Bonestroo has <br />been directed by City Administrator Ron Moorse to go out on the site and obtain the information directly. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />McMillan moved, Murphy seconded, to adjourn the Orono City Council meeting at 9:35 p.m. <br />VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />There being no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 9:35 p.m. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />_____________________________________ __________________________________________ <br />Linda S.
