§ 9 .50 <br /> r4 _ <br /> t. <br /> � SBC. 9.50. JIINR CARS, FIIRNITIIRE, HOQSBHOLD FIIRNISHINGS AND <br /> APPLIANCES STORED ON PUBLIC OR PRIVATB PROPSRTY. It is unlawful to _ <br /> park or store any unlicensed, unregistered or inoperable motor <br /> vehicle lacking essential parts , household furnishings or <br /> appliances, or parts or components thereof, on any property, public <br /> or private, unless housed within a lawfully erected building. Any <br /> violation of this Section is declared to be a nuisance and upon <br /> seven days written notice to the owne�ivatesp�emiseston whichdsuch <br /> r <br /> the office of the County Auditor, °emove the same and certify the <br /> material is found, the City may <br /> cost of such removal as any other special assessment. For the <br /> purpose of this Section, an inoperable motor veha=ts essential <br /> defined as lacking, including but not limited to, p <br /> to operation, such parts being wheels, tires, motor, drive train, <br /> battery, or having two or more flat tires, or having the interior, <br /> including the driver's position, used for storage in such a manner <br /> that no person can operate the vehicle. <br /> SBC. 9.51. ABANDONZNG A MOTOR V'$HICI.B- It is unlawful for <br /> any person to abandon a motor vehicle on any public or private <br /> property without the consent of the person in control of such <br /> property. "Motor Home" - A portable, temporary dwelling to <br /> be used for travel, recreation and vacation, constructed as an <br /> integral part of a self-propelled vehicle. <br /> D.
