On May 25, 2004, <br /> City Staff performed a follow-up inspection at the above listed address to a Notice of Zoning <br /> violation dated September 30, 2003. During this inspection it was noted that materials and <br /> debris remain in exterior storage at the above address and specifically, the following <br /> violations of City Code Section 58-1 (a) and 58-3 were noted. <br /> 1. Ford Tempo, inoperable 2. window air conditioner <br /> 3. full garbage cans and bagged garbage by road 4. ladders <br /> 5. shovels 6. rake <br /> 7. 2 car batteries 8. full garbage cans by house <br /> 9. bathtub 10. tires <br /> 11. full garbage bags on side of house 12.shingles/building supplies <br /> piled in side yard of house <br /> 13. inoperable boat 14. pile of cement blocks <br /> This letter will serve as your notice that the property must be brought into <br /> compliance by June 7, 2004 in order to avoid legal action by the city. In order to <br /> bring your property into compliance the above items must be removed from the <br /> property by June 7, 2004. Please be advised, if you fail to correct the violations or <br /> request an appeal hearing before the City Council prior to the deadline, the city will <br /> correct the violations and the costs to do so will be assessed against your property <br /> [cite: city code 58-1 (c)]. Those costs will be certified to the County Auditor and will <br /> be collected in the same manner as special assessments against your property. <br /> I have attached the pertinent City Codes for your reference.
