PAY REQUEST NO. 1 AND FINAL, AND CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 FOR THE T.H. 12 <br />SANITARY SEWER PIPE BURSTING PROJECT <br /> <br />Murphy moved, McMillan seconded, to approve Request for Payment No. 1 and Final for the T.H. <br />12 Sanitary Sewer Pipe Bursting Project to Push, Inc. in the amount of $51,392.00, and Change <br />Order No. 1, in the amount of $1,152.00. VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br /> <br />*9. 2007 SEAL COAT PROJECT – ADVERTISE FOR BIDS <br /> <br />Murphy moved, McMillan seconded, to approve the plans and specifications for the 2007 street seal <br />coat project and to authorize the advertisement for bids for the project. VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR’S REPORT <br /> <br />*10. PAY EQUITY REPORT <br /> <br />Murphy moved, McMillan seconded, to approve the City’s 2007 Pay Equity Report. EXTENSION OF HENNEPIN COUNTY EPDB AGREEMENT – RESOLUTION NO. <br />5573 <br /> <br />Murphy moved, McMillan seconded, to approve RESOLUTION NO. 5573, a Resolution <br />Authorizing the City of Orono to Extend an Agreement for the use of Hennepin County’s <br />Electronic Proprietary Data Base. VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br /> <br />*12. DISPOSAL OF OFFICE FURNITURE <br /> <br />Murphy moved, McMillan seconded, to approve the destruction/recycling of nonfunctional, <br />outdated office furniture and cubicles. VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br /> <br />*13. LIQUIDATION OF SURPLUS FORFEITED VEHICLE <br /> <br />Murphy moved, McMillan seconded, to approve the sale of a 1989 Toyota pickup at the Orono <br />Police Department by a sealed bid process. VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br /> <br />*14. REPLACEMENT POLICE SQUAD CAR PURCHASE <br /> <br />Murphy moved, McMillan seconded, to authorize the purchase of three replacement Ford Crown <br />Victoria squad cars at a total cost for each vehicle of approximately $21,381.00.
