VIOLATION REPORT <br /> INSPECTOR: Lyle Oman, Building Official <br /> DEFENDANT INFO: Craig Martin Quast <br /> Wayne Albert Quast <br /> 940 County Road 92 <br /> Maple Plain, MN 55359 <br /> LOCATION OF VIOLATION: 4166 Highwood Road <br /> Orono, MN 55364 <br /> PROPERTY OWNER: Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Devaan <br /> 17605 Susan Drive <br /> Minnetonka, MN 55343 <br /> VIOLATION OF ORONO MUNICIPAL CODE: Section 8.23, Subd. 2. <br /> The matter came to my attention from three different neighbor complaints on 4/1/93, 4/5/93, <br /> 4/14/93, 12/9/93, 1/10/93 and 1/11/93. <br /> . <br /> DATES OF SITE INSPECTIONS: 4/1/93, 4/19/93, 12/9/93, 1/10/93, 1/12/93 <br /> Spoke to defendant by phone on 12/28/93. He stated he would not comply with Ciry ordinances <br /> and would report numerous violations on other properties on his street if I proceeded with legal <br /> action. <br /> DESCRIPTION OF VIOLATION: Defendant has no off site parking for his truck tractor <br /> (semi) and parks it at his residential property every evening after work. Defendant is disruptive <br /> to neighborhood when he starts up the tractor at 5:00 a.m. and wakes everyone up. Property <br /> is in a one family lakeshore residential Zone. <br /> Please prepare a formal complaint on this matter. The City's objective is to require the <br /> defendant to fmd altemative parking arrangements and to comply with Orono Municipal Code <br /> Section 8.23, Subd. 2. <br />
