Do to your complete <br /> unwillingness to work with us and lack of effort to even understand our situation,our dreams of a family lake <br /> house on lake Minnetonka have been shattered. <br />> <br />>The living level of the house on the lake side is about 10 to 15 feet off the ground and without a deck the <br /> house is literally unusable. There is no place for our 2 and 4 year old daughters to go safely other then down <br /> on the lower lawn with out a deck. We have no place to enjoy our view of the lake, have a bbq, or entertain <br /> friends and family. <br />> <br />>We have put our blood, sweat,tears, hearts, and hard earned money into this lake house only to have the <br /> experience ripped away from us by orono's unreasonable policies. We put hours and hours into the property <br /> since we purchased it in February of 2012. New roof, new paint, hours of clean up and fix up, all for nothing. <br /> We understand the rules and the need for them but in this case it's so simple and so obvious if somebody <br /> would have taken the time to come out to the property you could easily how reasonable our request is. <br />> <br /> 2 <br />
