Based on the modifications the <br /> tiered walls are now able to be approved. The survey must shown top and bottom of wall elevations on the as-built <br /> survey. <br /> When Mr. Struve was on site he took picture (copy attached) of steps and a retaining wall on the east side of the <br /> property, adjacent to the new patio, neither of which are shown on the survey dated 8-30-13. Melanie Curtis believes <br /> the steps to be the same steps discussed by Scott Musgjerd on August 29th. Mr. Musgjerd was instructed that the steps <br /> must be entirely removed and the area restored or the hardcover must be shown and accounted for on the hardcover <br /> calculation sheet. The retaining wall, if remaining, and landscape area must be shown on the as-built survey. Note, if <br /> the landscaping rock is underlain with plastic, it is considered hardcover and must also be included in the hardcover <br /> calculation. <br /> We will consider issuance of a temporary certificate of occupancy upon receipt of an additional escrow deposit of <br />$7,500 for a total of$10,000.
