(hereinafter <br /> "the property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicants have applied to the City for variances to Municipal <br /> Zoning Code Section 10.24, St�bdivision 5 (B) to permit a new single family residence on a lot of <br /> .27 acre area and 51'w�idth where 1 acre area and 140'width are normally required; Section 10.03, <br /> Subdivision 9 to permit an accessory structure on a lot without a principal structure; and Section <br /> 10.22,Subdivision 2 and Section 10.56,Subdivision 16(L)(2)to allo�v 295.23 s.f.(94.9%)hardcover <br /> in the 500-1000' setback area where 108.88 s.f. (35%) is allo�ved. <br /> `VHEREAS, after due published notice and mailed notice in accordance with <br /> I�linnesota Statutes and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono Planning <br /> Comrriission held a public hearing on March 18,2002,at�r�hich time all persons desirin�to be heard <br /> concerning this application �vere given the Dpportunity to speak thereon. <br /> NO�ti', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> l�Sinnesota: � <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1.
