How many of the 46 potential substandard buildinq sites were <br /> sewered and charqed a sewer unit? <br /> Al. A more thorough search actually located 66 potential sub- <br /> standard vacant buildinq lots or lot combinations which <br /> would be 0.19 acre or greater and currently are taxed <br /> separately. Of these 66 lots, 20 have been assessed for <br /> sewer either individually or as groups for .a total of 10 <br /> sewer units. These are as fol3ows: <br /> 1. (#20) 475 Linden Lane 2 potential lots 0.19 ac. or greater <br /> 6. (#22) S. of 525 Tonkawa Road 2 potential lots 0.19 ac. or greater <br /> 7. (#24) Tonkawa/Park Avenue 2 potential lots 0.19 ac. or greater <br /> 8. (#25) 4055 Elm Street 2 potential lots 0.19 ac. or greater <br /> 9.
