� Clt of ORONO <br /> � <br /> RESOWTION OF THE CiTY COUNCIL <br /> • NO. 2858 <br /> • - • • <br /> Because all setbacks and hardcover calculations were reviewed <br /> on the basis that the three lots are a single property, <br /> applicants shall legally combine for tax purposes Lot 19 with <br /> Lots 20 and 21, prior to issuance of a building permit for the <br /> improvements. <br /> 3. Authorities granted by this variance run with the property <br /> not with the applicant, but are permissive only and must be <br /> exercised by application for a building permit within one year of <br /> the date of Counci 1 approva 1, or this variance wi 11 expire on <br /> that date (August 27, 1991). <br /> 4. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and <br /> conditions of this variance shall constitute a vio lation of the <br /> zoning code, shall automatically terminate any authority granted <br /> herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br /> 5.
