MINUTES OF THE <br />RECONVENED ORONO BOARD OF APPEAL AND EQUALIZATION <br />Tuesday, April 29, 2008 <br />6:30 o’clock p.m. <br />ROLL <br /> <br />Members present: Mayor Jim White and Council Members Lili McMillan, Jim Murphy and Dave <br />Rahn. <br /> <br />Members Absent: Council Member Cynthia Bremer <br />Staff present: Hennepin County Appraiser William Davy, Finance Director Ron Olson and City <br />Clerk Lin Vee <br />Mayor White reconvened the Board of Appeal and Equalization at 6:31 p.m. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />McMillan moved, Murphy seconded, to approve the minutes of the April 16, 2008 meeting of <br />the Orono Board of Appeal and Equalization as submitted. VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />COUNCIL ACTION ON ASSESSOR’S RECOMMENDATION <br />Council had no questions for the Assessor and no members of the public were present. Mayor White <br />held the meeting open until 6:40 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor White moved, McMillan seconded, the acceptance of the Assessor’s recommendations. <br />VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Rahn moved, McMillan seconded, to conclude the Orono Board of Appeal and Equalization at <br />6:40 p.m. VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0 <br />ATTEST: <br />__________________________________ _____________________________________ <br />Linda S.
