The City Council has considered this application including the findings and
recommendations of the Planning Commission, reports by City staff, comments
by the applicant and the effect of the proposed variance on the health, safety and
welfare of the community.
CONCLUSIONS, ORDER AND CONDITIONS
Based upon one or more of the above findings, the Orono City Council hereby
grants variances to Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.03, Subdivision 14 (C), Section 10.22,
Subdivision 2, Section 10.25, Subdivision 6 (B) and Section 10.56, Subdivision 16 (C) (2) to
permit the construction of a garage addition, a second story, and grade level addition involving
the conversion of an 18' x 18.9' deck, 6.8' x 18' addition at the southeast corner of residence
and an approximate 10' x 18' lakeside deck as shown on the site plan included as Page 6 of this
resolution, subject to the following conditions:
1.
