On April 26, 1995 you <br /> submitted a letter to the City stating you would lower the wall to less than 4' to avoid building <br /> I permit and engineering requirements. You stated the work would be completed by June 15, <br /> 1995. <br /> As of this date, the work has not been done and a building permit and engineering has not been <br /> submitted. T'herefore you leave the City no alternative but to initiate legal action. Action will <br /> be withheld until July 24, 1995. If the wall is not in compliance at that time, the City will issue <br /> citations and refer the matter to the City Attorney for further legal action.
