The proposed 40% hardcover in the 75-2�0' zone <br /> is not dissimilar fram the hardcover percentages on other properties iii <br /> the neighborhood. Furtlier, no hardcover is proposed fo: the 0-75' zone, <br /> and overall hardcover on the property is proposed at 22.9%, within tlie <br /> 2>% standard of the DNR. <br /> ?J.
