'I�ne proposed house is located less than the normal 30' required setback <br /> fram HiQ'�w�od Roaei in order to rninimize the a?no�int of har�cover <br /> needed for driveway. The proposed 40% hardcover in the 75-2�0' zone <br /> is not dissimilar fram the hardcover percentages on other properties iii <br /> the neighborhood.
