Additionally we have not received <br /> an as-built survey showing the as-constructed additions. Please call Building O�cial, <br /> Lyle Oman at 952-249-4625 to schedule a final inspection for the garage. <br /> We continue to hold an escrow of $2,500 pertaining to the project. Once the weather permits, <br /> please have an as-built survey and hardcover calculations prepared by a surveyor and <br /> submitted to us. Your escrow will be refunded once our engineer determines the property <br /> conforms to the approved building permit plans and approved grading plan.
