Please make arrangements to stop by City Hall between 8 am and 4:30 pm <br /> Monday— Friday. The resolution requires signatures from both property owners. Please bring your driver's <br /> license as proof of identification for your signature to be notarized by City staff. <br /> According to the resolution (page 3, item 4— copy attached), a general planting plan must be submitted and <br /> approved prior to the release of the escrow funds. <br /> Lastly, if you recall your permit was issued by us in haste as you were headed out of town. The zoning permit <br /> was issued without our usual notification identifying the requirement for submittal of an as-built survey and <br /> hardcover calculations. We apologize for this....
