Rouse and Anita M. Rouse a married couple <br /> (hereinafter "the Applicants") are the ov�mers of the property located at 4051 Hi�hwood <br /> Road within the City of Orono (hereinafter the "City") and legally described as follows: <br /> Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. 1420, files of Registrar of Titles, Hennepin <br /> County, Mimlesota. <br /> (hereinafter the "Property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the Applicants have made application to the City of Orono <br /> for a conditional use permit to conduct land alteration activities within 7� feet of Lake <br /> Minnetonka per Orono Municipal Zoning Code Sections 7878-1282, 78-1283, and 78- <br /> 1286 to allow for construction of a new lake access stair; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Applicants have made applicatioii to the City of Orono <br /> for a variance from Municipal Zoning Code Section 78-1288 to allow 1,23� square feet <br /> of hardcover within the 0-75' zone where 0 square feet of hardcover is allowed and l,]04 <br /> square feet currently exists to a?low reconfiguration aild reconstruction of the eYistin� <br /> lake access stair. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br /> Orono, Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> L This application was reviewed as Zoning File 12-3�68. <br /> 2.
