MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />Thursday, August 2, 2012 <br />8:30 a.m. <br /> <br /> <br />Present: Mayor Lili McMillan, Council Members Aaron Printup and Dave Rahn; representing Staff were <br />City Administrator Jessica Loftus, Police Chief Correy Farniok, City Attorney Soren Mattick and <br />City Clerk Lin Vee <br /> <br /> <br />Chief Farniok outlined the elements of the Mound police service proposal. Council discussed budget <br />impacts, police services, staffing, transition, and timeline for Mound consideration of the Orono <br />proposal. <br />Public Works Director/City Engineer Jesse Struve and Stantec Engineer Darren Amundsen gave a brief <br />update on the Orono Orchard Road Reconstruction Project. <br />The meeting closed at 11:11 a.m. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />________________________________________ _______________________________________ <br />Linda S.
