At <br />the current time there are approximately15 participants signed up, with room for 30 students. The <br />program consists of a full day of training. VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br /> <br /> <br />7. #13-3631 LANDSOURCE, LLC (TODD HOLMERS), 3700 NORTHERN AVENUE, <br />SUBDIVISION – PRELIMINARY PLAT – PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />Todd Holmers, Applicant, was present. <br /> <br />Gaffron stated the applicant is requesting preliminary plat approval for a residential subdivision to create <br />six individual residential building lots for single-family homes.
