In each case where one of the new lots created by the subdivision process contains an <br /> existing residence,that lot has been subject to the SW&DT Fee. Whenever a property is subdivided, both the new <br /> vacant lot(s) as well as the newly-defined lot containing the existing residence, are considered as 'new development' for <br /> the purposes of this ordinance.
