MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />Monday, February 27, 2012 <br />4:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Page 1 of 1 <br /> <br />Present: Mayor Lili McMillan, Council Members Cynthia Bremer, Doug Franchot, Aaron Printup and Dave Rahn; <br />Facilitator A.B. Reynolds; and representing Staff were City Administrator Jessica Loftus, Assistant City <br />Administrator for Long Term Strategy Mike Gaffron, Finance Director Ron Olson, Planning and Zoning <br />Coordinator Melanie Curtis, Building Official Lyle Oman, Public Works Supervisor Scott Oberaigner, City <br />Clerk Lin Vee, Police Chief Correy Farniok and Public Works Director/City Engineer Jess Struve. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Facilitator A.B. Reynolds led the Council and Staff in a review of accomplishments from 2011 and continued with <br />discussion of goals for 2012.
