The new door
on the club house has been installed. The weather unfortunately has not been cooperating to allow golfers
to be out there but once the course is fully opened, the golfers will have some new options.

Struve reported Orono Orchard road is in the final phases of the project. The contractor is in the process
of raising manholes and castings as well as conducting some repairs of settlement issues that occurred
over the winter. The final asphalt layer will be completed in mid-June and the landscaping is being
finalized, which will close out the project.

As part of a requirement of the Minnesota Department of Health, the City needs to complete a consumer
confidence report for the City’s water systems. A press release will be placed in the local newspaper so
the residents can call City Hall to receive a copy of the report. The report will also be posted on the
website for review as well.

Levang commented she did visit the golf course yesterday and there were some people out there golfing.
The new door looks good and allows more light into the facility. Levang commented she hopes the new
liquor license will help improve business.

Struve noted the new colored sidewalk will be installed once the weather improves.

*6. 2013 SANITARY SEWER REHABILITATION PROJECT

Anderson moved, Printup seconded, to award the contract for the 2013 Sanitary Sewer
Rehabilitation Project to Visu-Sewer in the amount of $229,351.50.
