MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO HRA MEETING <br />Monday, February 11, 2013 <br />8:00 o’clock p.m. <br />_____________________________________________________________________________________ <br />  <br />  <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />The Orono City Council met on the above-mentioned date with the following members present: Mayor <br />Lili Tod McMillan, Council Member Cynthia Bremer, Aaron Printup, Kristi Anderson, and Lizz Levang. <br />Representing Staff were City Administrator Jessica Loftus, Assistant City Administrator for Long-Term <br />Strategic Planning Michael Gaffron, Planning Coordinator Melanie Curtis, Finance Director Ron Olson, <br />City Engineer/Public Works Director Jesse Struve, City Attorney Soren Mattick, and Recorder Jackie <br />Young. <br /> <br />Mayor McMillan called the meeting to order at 9:04 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />1. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Anderson moved, Printup seconded, to approve the Consent Agenda as submitted. VOTE: Ayes 5, <br />Nays 0. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />*2. HRA MEETING OF FEBRUARY 13, 2012 <br /> <br />Anderson moved, Printup seconded, to approve the minutes of the February 13, 2012, HRA <br />meeting. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br /> <br />BILLS AND COMMUNICATION <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR’S REPORT <br /> <br />3. ELECTION OF OFFICERS <br /> <br />Bremer moved, Anderson seconded, to appoint Lili Tod McMillan as HRA chair, Aaron Printup as <br />HRA vice-chair, and Ron Olson as secretary.
