The owner shall provide a twenty- four (24) hour emergencv contact that will be <br /> available to respond to issues at the short term rental property within sixt�60� <br /> minutes to complaints re ag rding the condition, operation, or conduct of occupants <br /> of a rental unit. <br /> 5. The short-term-rental property must have a visible house number easily seen from <br /> the street day or night. <br /> 6. The short term rentalproperty shall be used only for overni ng t lod�g <br /> accommodations. They may not be used for parties wedding, bachelor/ <br /> bachelorette), conferences or similar events. <br /> 7. All advertising for the short term rental shall include the City issued license <br /> number. <br /> 8. The primary overnight and daytime occupant of a short term rental unit must be <br /> an adult eighteen 18years of age or older. This adult must provide a telephone <br /> number to the owner and shall be accessible to the owner b�telephone at all <br /> times. <br /> 9. The owner shall require all occu�ants to agree to a minimum stay of three 3 <br /> consecutive ni�hts• <br /> 10. The owner shall limit overnight occupancy in a short-term rental unit to not <br /> exceed two 2 persons over the a eg of 5 per bedroom. <br /> 11. Two off street parking spaces shall be provided at minimum. The maximum <br /> number of vehicles allowed at a short-term rental property shall be limited to the <br /> number of available off street parkin�spaces. <br /> 12. The owner of a short-term rental propert s�provide sufficient trash collection <br /> containers and service to meet the demand of the occupants. <br /> 13. The owner must be a natural person and not any type of corporation or <br /> partnership. The owner's name must be on the deed to the property. <br /> 14. The City may conduct an inspection of the short term rental propertv as deemed <br /> necessary or prudent including without limitation based upon any complaints or <br /> violations that occur or�rior to a renewal of a permit. <br /> 15. The owner will be required to provide the citv and an��uests with the name <br /> and telephone number of a contact person who can be at the property in 60 <br /> minutes. The contact person can be the owner. <br /> (d) License period. Licenses shall expire December 31 of each year. <br /> SECTION 3.
