We literally have a motel next door. <br /> It's a beautiful home with 4 bedrooms, fireplaces, dock, boat (if you pay extra)... all for an average of <br /> $771/night. <br /> • At $771/night it means they invite everyone to help pitch in and pay. It's usually <br /> a crowd. Sleeps 12! <br /> • This means parking on the street in front of neighboring driveways making it extremely difficult <br /> to back out. Apparently, they do not feel the need to park in their own driveway. <br /> • This means they have a new crowd of people playing in the front yard each weekend. Sounds <br /> great, right? Everyone having fun. It's wonderful IF YOU KNOW THE PEOPLE. Very <br /> awkward when it's a different crowd each week & they are generally there to 'party' <br /> • How about dogs? Sure, bring them, they all love the water. Last week there were 2 1001b <br /> rottwielers. Earlier this summer there was a huge German shepherd. <br /> • The house is poorly designed with the kitchen and patio facing our patio... 10' away. We hear <br /> the morning dishes clanking. We hear the breakfast conversations with our windows closed, in <br /> the evening it is even worse. As I type this, my TV is on and windows are shut and I can still <br /> hear them. <br /> Here are a few recent rentals: <br /> 10/10/16 Monday til 11 pm, Wedding - in the yard. The yard is 50'x75'. We have small yards <br /> 9/27/16 Ryder Cub - I believe the advertised rate was $15,000 for the week. Big group of <br /> guys. Loud. <br /> 9/24/16 Bachelor Party - Another bunch of loud guys late at night. <br /> The list goes on.... <br /> Put yourself in our position... Something has to be done. <br /> i <br />
