The owner shall provide a twenty- four (24) hour emer�encv contact that will be <br /> available to respond to issues at the short term rental property within thirtv (30� <br /> minutes to complaints re a� rding the condition, operation, or conduct of occupants <br /> of a rental unit. <br /> 3. The short term rental pro�erty shall be used only for overni�ht lod�g <br /> accommodations. The�may not be used for parties (wedding, bachelor/ <br /> bachelorette), conferences or similar events. <br /> 4. The primary overni�ht and daytime occupant of a short term rental unit must be <br /> an adult twenty-one 21 years of age or older. This adult must provide a telephone <br /> number to the owner and shall be accessible to the owner b.�phone at all <br /> times. <br /> 5. The owner shall rec�uire all occupants to agree to a minimum stay of two 2 <br /> consecutive nights• <br /> 6. Two off street parkin�spaces shall be�rovided at minimum. The maximum <br /> number of vehicles allowed at a short-term rental property shall be limited to the <br /> number of available off street parking, snt�aces. Rental Property on islands is <br /> exempt from this requirement. <br /> (d) License period. Licenses shall expire December 31 of each vear. <br /> SECTION 3.
