The background materials
have been provided to the City Council over the past few months leading to the point where the Council is
charged with the task of determining whether there will be any potential negative environmental impacts
associated with this project.

Grittman noted the staff report summarizes some of the supplemental work that has been performed
following the original draft of the EAW. All of those materials have been submitted and reviewed by
Staff. Also provided as part of the report, is a tabular summary of the comments that came in as a result
of the EAW and the resolution of each of those comments. The resolution of the majority of the issues
falls into two general categories.
