CITY OF ORONO - NOTICE <br /> The Planning Commission will hold public hearings in the Council Chambers at 2780 Kelley <br /> Parkway at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, November 15, 1993 for the purpose of reviewing the <br /> following land use applications: <br /> 1. #1886 Robert L. Melamed requests �a conditional use permit for land alterations, <br /> including filling and grading in excess of 100 cubic yards, to accommodate construction <br /> of a residence structure on the property located at 1000 South Old Crystal Bay Road. <br /> 2. #1887 Robert L. Melamed requests a conditional use permit for construction and use of <br /> a guest house on the property located at 1000 South Old Crystal Bay Road. <br /> 3. #1888 Paul and VeNita Schnebele, 835 Forest Arms Lane, request an average lakeshore <br /> setback variance for a room addition to the existing residence. <br /> 4. #1889 Rodney J. Batzlaff, 1115 Brown Road South, requests renewal of front and side <br /> setback variances to allow construction of a detached garage to be located between the <br /> existing residence and the street. <br /> 5. #1890 Craig Hertzenberg, 115 Smith Avenue, requests side and rear setback variances <br /> for construction of an addition to the existing residence. <br /> 6. #1891 Brian and Barbara Ehalt of 140 Leaf Street, owners, and Don and Glee Jarnes, <br /> applicants, request a front street setback variance, 0-75' zone hardcover variance and a <br /> variance to the required 75' tributary setback for construction of an attached garage <br /> addition. <br /> 7. #1892 Bruce Kehring requests a variance to allow hardcover in excess of 25% in the 75- <br /> 250' zone for construction of a residence on the vacant lakeshore lot at 4415 Forest Lake <br /> Landing. <br /> 8. #1893 Christine A. Freeman, 2240 Shadywood Road, requests a side setback variance <br /> and 75-250' zone hardcover variance for construction of an addition to the existing <br /> residence. <br /> All persons wishing to be heard will appear at this meeting.
