First,the applicants are seekina <br /> a conditional use permit to replace existing retaining walls. There are currently three retaining walls <br /> within the 0-75' setback. The applicants are proposing to combine the upper two walls as one and <br /> keeping the lo�ver one(closer to the lal:e)making two w•alls rather than the three that currently exists. <br /> Retaining «�alls are considered hardcover, therefore a variance is also needed for hardcover in the <br /> 0-7�' setback area. <br /> The second part of the application is to construct a brick patio on the lakeside of the existina <br /> residence replacin� a wood deck that the applicant removed.
