Martini stated he will continue to discuss and assess the issues as they arise. <br /> <br />Printup stated he has heard a number of positive comments from the residents about the efforts being <br />taken by the City to help address the water issues. <br /> <br /> <br />*10. COUNTRY SIDE DRIVE DRAINAGE ISSUES <br /> <br />Levang moved, Bremer seconded, to approval the proposal from Bolton & Menk to study the <br />drainage issues on Countryside Drive with the not-to-exceed fee of $2,900. VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br /> <br /> <br />*11. PAY REQUEST NO. 3 AND FINAL – 2013 FORCEMAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />Levang moved, Bremer seconded, to approve Pay Request No. 3 and Final for the Constructor G.L. <br />Contracting, in the amount of $10,524.58 for the 2013 Forcemain Improvement Project. VOTE: <br />Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br /> <br />MAYOR/COUNCIL REPORT <br /> <br />Levang noted this weekend is the 90th anniversary of the Orono Golf Course. The golf course will be <br />hosting a tournament on Saturday morning as well as a barbecue and a historic presentation in celebration <br />of the anniversary. Levang stated the golf course is looking very good due to the efforts of the volunteers. <br /> <br />Levang reported radishes have been harvested from the donation garden but that the excess rain has had a <br />detrimental effect on the garden this year. <br /> <br />Anderson commented the Baldur Park neighborhood has done a good job of working together to deal <br />with the water issues. <br /> <br />Printup noted the Children of the American Revolution had a great turnout at their pancake breakfast held <br />at the Wayzata Depot. <br /> <br />Printup stated Chief Farniok and himself met in Delano today with the Highway 12 safety delegation. <br />Printup stated the safety delegation is rather informal at the present time but that they have held a couple <br />of meetings to date, with a third meeting to be scheduled. Printup indicated the delegation has been <br />discussing the area between the 394 expansion between Wayzata and Orono as well as the Highway 12 <br />corridor out to Delano.
