Stat. 13D.05, Subd. 3(b) <br />to discuss ongoing litigation between the City of Orono and Ryan and Stacy Alness and the City of Orono <br />and Jay Nygard. <br /> <br />Bremer moved, Printup seconded, to go into closed session at 8:33 p.m. to discuss pending <br />litigation.
