NO. � � � C� <br /> �kESH�g'� <br /> A RESOLUTION <br /> APPROVING TH� PLAT OF <br /> GRAHAM HILL PRESERVE 2ND ADDITION <br /> FILE#12-3�50 <br /> W�-IEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation or�anized and existing <br /> under the Iaws of the State of IVfinnesota; and <br /> WHERE�S, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter "Ciry Council") <br /> has adopted subdivision and land development regulations for the orderl��, economic and safe <br /> development of land within�he City; and <br /> WHEREAS, on May 14, 2012 the City Council considered the application by <br /> Kevin M. Reiliy and Denise D. Reilly, husband and wife (hereinafter the `'Owners") for <br /> subdivision of property lo:;ated at 340� High Lane in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota <br /> and le�ally described as follows: <br /> Tra�t B, ReQistered Land Survey No. 843 <br /> and <br /> Outiot B, GRAHAM HILL PRESERVE <br /> (hereinafter the "Properiy"); and <br /> �WHEREAS, on January� 14, 2008, the Cit�r Council adopted Resolution Na �716 <br /> �rantin� Preliminarv Plat Approval for the proposed subdivision of the Propem� into two single <br /> family residential lots; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council has extended the effective period of preliminary plat <br /> approval granted by Resolution No. �716 at the Owners' request on four occasions via Resolutions <br /> No. �787 on November 10, 2008;No. 5878 on November 9, 20Q9; No. 6017 on 3anuan� 10. 201 l; <br /> and No. 6107 on January 9, 20L, the most recent e�tension bein,to 3anuary 14; 2013; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Owners have completed or have agreed to complete all other <br /> requirements of the platting regulations of the Cin�includin�: <br /> 1.
