REPORT FROM PLANNING COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVES ON CITY <br />COUNCIL MEETINGS: AUGUST 25, 2014, AND SEPTEMBER 8, 2014 <br /> <br />Landgraver stated he attended the August 25 City Council meeting and that all of the planning items were <br />placed on the Consent Agenda or approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Lemke stated he attended the September 8, 2014, Council meeting, with a number of items being placed <br />on the Consent Agenda. Lemke stated the Alness application and the Ziegler application were approved. <br />In addition, the City Council had a presentation on the pavement management plan and the 2015 budget. <br /> <br />10. OTHER ISSUES FOR DISCUSSION <br /> <br />Gaffron noted he will not be here the first week of October. <br /> <br />Mack stated he would like to schedule a joint work session and that he would like all of Staff to be able to <br />attend. Mack suggested a later date than October 1 be considered, which will also give Staff additional <br />time to prepare material for the meeting. <br /> <br />Leskinen asked if he has any dates in mind. <br /> <br />Mack stated the first Wednesday of the month seems to work for the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Leskinen asked what date he was considering. <br /> <br />Mack stated the date is still open at this point but that he is thinking November 1 would work. <br /> <br />Gaffron stated the regularly scheduled work session on October 1 will be cancelled and that there might <br />be one later in the month. <br /> <br />Item #01 - PC Agenda - 10/20/2014 <br />Approval of Planning Commission Minutes 09/15/2014 <br />[Page 58 of 59]
