ARTICLE XXV POST EMPLOYMENT HEALTH CARE SAVINGS ACCOUNT <br /> Each employee shall participate in the Minnesota Post Employment Health Care Savings Plan <br /> (HCSP)established under Minnesota Statues section 352.98.All funds collected by the employer on <br /> behalf on the employees shall be deposited into the HCSP. Commencing January 1, 2008, each <br /> employee shall contribute 2%of salary to the HCSP. The employer shall deduct this amount from <br /> each payroll check. Upon termination of employment 100%of severance pay,as that term is defined <br /> in this Labor Agreement, shall be deposited into the HCSP. <br /> ARTICLE XXVI POST LICENSE/TRAINING <br /> 26.1 The EMPLOYER shall pay the cost of the employee's POST license fees. <br /> 26.2 The EMPLOYER will pay for and provide the required training for POST board licensing <br /> upon the employee receiving prior written approval from the EMPLOYER to attend such <br /> training. <br /> ARTICLE XXVII DAYLIGHT SAVINGS <br /> Patrol Officers working shifts during daylight savings will only be paid for the actual hours worked. <br /> ARTICLE XXVIII EYEWEAR REPLACEMENT <br /> Prescription eyewear damaged in the line of duty will be replaced at a cost not to exceed Two <br /> Hundred Fifty and no/100ths ($250.00) Dollars. <br /> ARTICLE XXVIV DURATION <br /> This AGREEMENT shall be effective as of the first (1 st) day of January, 2014 and remain in full <br /> force and effect until the thirty-first (31 st) day of December, 2016. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this AGREEMENT on <br /> , 20 <br /> 16 <br />
