Gaffron stated the City has not had a lot of subdivisions in the past where there are <br /> certain areas that need to be protected but it is something Staff could be mindful of on this development. <br /> McMillan requested Staff keep an eye on that for this development. <br /> VOTE ON THE ABOVE MOTION: Ayes 5,Nays 0. <br /> *10. #13-3641 ITY L HERAN CHURCH,2060 SIXTH AVENU NORTH, <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT RESOLUTION NO. 6354 <br /> Levang moved,Anderson seconded, o adopt RESOLUTION NO.635 ,a Resolution Approving a <br /> Conditional Use Permit for a Columb rium Wall, Memorial Lands pe Wall,and Open Gazebo <br /> Structure Pursuant to Orono Code Sec 'on 78-418. COUNCIL LIAISON TO PLAN G COMMISSIO MEETINGS IN 2014 <br /> Levang moved,Anderson seconded,to appro e the sched e for Council attendance at Planning <br /> Commission meetings during 2014. <br /> PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTORS/CITY ENGINE 'S REPORT <br /> Struve reported the wood pile will be removed pefully ater this week. Struve stated given the snow <br /> event last week,the road conditions in the Cit are slick in laces. Struve noted cold weather does not <br /> allow the salt to work and that the Public W rks Departmen is doing all they can to get the roads in good <br /> shape. The ice-packed snow on the roads ill be removed on e the weather warms up and that sand is <br /> being used in the meantime to help wit raction. <br /> *12. PAY REQUEST NO. 5— ILLOW DRNE RECONS RUCTION PROJECT <br /> Levang moved,Anderson sec ded,to approve Pay Request No. or the contractor C.S. <br /> McCrossan in the amount o $29,745.66 for the Willow Drive Recon truction Project.
