Struve stated given the snow <br /> event last week,the road conditions in the Cit are slick in laces. Struve noted cold weather does not <br /> allow the salt to work and that the Public W rks Departmen is doing all they can to get the roads in good <br /> shape. The ice-packed snow on the roads ill be removed on e the weather warms up and that sand is <br /> being used in the meantime to help wit raction. <br /> *12.
