MINUTES OF THE � <br /> ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING COUNCIL MEETING <br /> Monday, December 9,2013 <br /> 6:30 o'clock p.m. J�� 13 2014 <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> The Orono City Council met on the above-mentioned date with the following members present: Mayor <br /> Lili Tod McMillan, Council Members Kristi Anderson, Cynthia Bremer, Lizz Levang, and Aaron Printup. <br /> Representing Staff were Finance Director Ron Olson, Assistant City Administrator for Long-Term <br /> Strategic Planning Michael Gaffron, Planning Coordinator Melanie Curtis, Public Works Director/City <br /> Engineer Jesse Struve, City Attorney Soren Mattick, and Recorder Jackie Youn�. <br /> Mayor MeMillan called the meetinb to order at 6:30 p.m., followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> Gaffron noted as it relates to Iten� No. 6, the City Council and the applicant have agreed that the language <br /> on Page 8, hours of operation, sl�ould be changed from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m, to Sunday through Thursday, <br /> 8 a.m. through 1 1 p.m., and Friday through Sunday 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. <br /> Mattick stated Staff will make that correction and that the item can be added to the Consent Agenda. <br /> Item Nos. 6, 10 through l 7, and 19 through 22 were added to the Consent Agenda. Items 4d and 4e were <br /> moved under Item No. 5. <br /> Levang moved, Anderson seconded, to approve the Consent Agenda as amended. ADOPT 2014 GENERAL FUND BUDGET—RESOLUTION NO. 6350 <br /> 4c. ADOPT THE 2014 SPECIAL REVENUE FUNDS BUDGETS—RESOLUTlON NO. 6351 <br /> Olson stated the purpose of toniaht's public hearing is to discuss the City's 2014 budget and the taa lew <br /> and not to discuss property values.
