All applicable stormwater trunk fee charges set forth in this subdivision shall be paid in full before any building or land alteration <br /> permits are issued for the project. <br /> Sec. 14-284. - New development projects. <br /> New development projects shall pay the base trunk fee per acre of land developed adjusted using the appropriate land use equivalency factor as <br /> set forth in this subdivision. <br /> Sec. 14-285. - Redevelopment projects. <br /> Redevelopment projects shall be defined for the purposes of this subdivision as any project to either remove and replace existing structures or <br /> to enlarge existing structures. These projects will be charged a portion of the base trunk fee adjusted for the area of expansion of impervious surface <br /> above the existing conditions. The table below lists the percentage of the acreage base trunk fee based on the area of impervious surface expansion <br /> and adjusted for the type of land use.
