Purpose. The purpose of this action item is to gain Council consideration of Bolton and <br /> Menk's engineering fee change request. <br /> 2. Summary. The Council authorized Bolton and Menk to oversee the construction of the <br /> Navarre lighting and sidewalk project for a fee not to exceed $54,050. Construction is now <br /> complete on the project less site restoration and minor punch list items. However Bolton and <br /> Menk is requesting an additional $4,050 above the previously authorized not to exceed fee due to <br /> changed project conditions and timeline. If the Council approves the additional fee, the overall <br /> project is still projected to come in under budget. See Exhibit A. <br /> COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br /> Consider Bolton and Menk's Engineering Fee change request. <br />
