Sec. 14-285. Redevelopment projects. <br /> Redevelopment projects shall be defined for the purposes of this subdivision as any project to <br /> either remove and replace existing structures or to enlarge existing structures. These projects <br /> will be charged a portion of the base trunk fee adjusted for the area of expansion of impervious <br /> surface above the existing conditions. The table below lists the percentage of the acreage base <br /> trunk fee based on the azea of impervious surface expansion and adjusted for the type of land <br /> use. Responsibility to supply information. <br /> The owner,occupant or person in chazge of the property subject to this subdivision sha11 <br /> supply the city with such information as the city may reasonably request related to the use, <br /> development and area of the property. Adjustment of chazges. <br /> The intent of the stormwater trunk fee is to provide funding for ixnprovements to the <br /> stormwater system as the result of development in the city. Current regulations require <br /> property owners to provide stormwater treatment for the stormwater from the development <br /> property. The city reserves the right to develop policies to provide stormwater trunk fee credits <br /> for stormwater improvements on developing properties that provide additional treatment <br /> benefits beyond what is required to treat the stormwater runoff from the development site. <br /> (Ord.No. 214 2nd series, § 1(8), 12-10-2001) <br /> Page 3 of 3 <br />
