STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> After review of the issues, Council is requested to provide staff with direction regarding <br /> how to proceed; specifically: <br /> 1) Does Council agree that a definition of `new development' should be drafted <br /> applicable to administration of the SW&DT fee ordinances? <br /> 2) Does Council desire to reconsider the existing methodology for apportioning the <br /> stormwater fee burden befinreen large lots and small lots? <br /> 3) Does Council desire to begin charging the SW&DT fee for redevelopment, and <br /> if so, should the parameters for calculating that fee be revised? <br /> 4) Does Council agree that provisions should be established and documented in <br /> the Code with regard to past and future payments of the SW&DT fees. <br /> Page 9 of 9 <br />
